Positive section of review
The room was big and comfortable. we booked the room with the jacuzzi outside the balcony. The staff was helpful especially the guy who drove the cars up and down the hill to drop all the guests to the rooms. There was a 24hrs welcome drink for self service together with the biscuits.

The choices for breakfast was too simple. There was no fresh juice to be offered or in the breakfast line. There was an issue with the bike if your rented with them in the hotel. There was the time limit to drop off max 9 pm however it was difficult for us to be at the time of the shop open and the hotel staff cannot help much. They will force you either to drop at the shop by yourself or at the hotel waiting the bike guy to pick the bike up. there was the deposit money for that. the bike shop was available from 0700-2100. where it was impossible for us when we had the morning flight and at the night we still required the service. a bit disappointed. I did not understand why we rented it through hotel but it cannot accommodate the customer needs.

Wonderful, quiet place, with great atmosphere and owners. They do everything to make guests feel like at home. Very good restaurant with tasty dishes. Relaxing pool. Butterflies fly around. Thank you!

There were everything that u can think of to use a fridge oven Microwave bug the bedroom Aircon did not work and the cleaners never came to clean and I stayed there three weeks with no cleaners

The location is very convenient, a short walk from the BTS Skytrain and in the other direction, Lumphini MRT station. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Great location, just next to the river so you can take a morning swim. Our room had some ants but the host promptly changed us to another room.

Rooms and facilities could be improved. There's a nice terrace over the river but it was dirty and it looked a little bit abandoned. It looks like the business is runned by kids.

Good location, pool on level 7, staff were great and they provide a airport taxi service which is way cheaper than arranging one yourself.

Stayed here twice, the shower was poor in one room, it dribbled water so had to use the one with the movable shower head which wasn’t ideal as I’m 185cm and it couldn’t be moved higher. The temperature of the water was just warm enough for a wash.
