The bathroom is little and the shelf for soap amd shampoo is not in a good position. I am not a big person but already think it's a bit bothering.

Good location. Clean room with all necessary facilities.

There was some hair on the floor and old food left in the freezer probably after the previous clients so the cleaning service could be improved. Pictures don't really reflect how the room looked like.

Basic room that has everthing you need for a short stay. Close to the airport train (it took us about 10 minutes to walk). In walking distance to Pratunam Market, plenty of street food nearby,7/11 round the corner. Basic accommodation with a good value for money. Staff was very friendly.

Sound insulation between rooms is not so good, so I was glad to have fairly quiet neighbors.

The room was clean and comfortable for me. I stayed 1 week and loved exploring this non-tourist neighborhood.

    It’s small, but comfortable.

Well located. Just 10 minutes walk from the BTS station. Plenty of street food all around, also lots of 7-Elevens in the vicinity for snacks and drinks.

Difficult to find for tuc tuc and taxi. This is foremost because thai drivers can't read english. No joke, we almost had to book another hotel. So this is easy to be solved if a hotelcart with clear information for taxi drivers is give to guests. There is also no reception. You are welcome by a friendly gardian, but they don't speak english. Also the People from the coffee bar don't speak english. So if you need information..... Good luck.

Small, but all you need and quiet.

A bit out of the way, my room didn't have a TV and was a bit small for my height. But I would stay here again, but then in a larger apartment.

Own separate, clean room, friendly staff, uncomplicated att all. The C2 stay Phayatay is being located in the Evergreen House. It's distance is around 400 m far from BTS-Station Phaya-Thay Use exit 1 at Phaya-Thai BTS Station. (you need to walk this 400 m distance along the train trace until you see a small entrance to the left. Go inside and after additional 30 metres you are in front of the Evergreen House ) Check up my uploaded photos for this. Ansonsten BTS-Station Ratchatewi aussteigen und in die Phetachnuri Road 7 abbiegen. Google ist your friend

Extraction fan in bathroom never cleaned, and is quite disgusting. Bathroom is poorly designed. There is no shower curtain, so you'll have a flooded bathroom after a shower.

Great location, near to the station where you can catch a train directly to the airport. Bed was comfy, and aircon was good. Room was big enough to spread out. I liked the sofa and table to eat food on, though the sofa was covered with stains from previous guests (what about a sofa cover).

It’s pretty close to Phaya Thai station, which is convenient. The rooms is clean, the host is very friendly and helpful- I had and early flight to Bangkok and they let me check in earlier. There’s water dispenser at the first floor, which I like, cuz I can refill my own water bottle.

It was not really a kitchen, just a microwave, no possibility to make the dishes except in the small lavatory in the bathroom, no cleaning liquid and tissues... Nothing to hang wet towels

There were roaches in our room on two out of four nights. There was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen sink as the piping is exposed. The room was way smaller than depicted in the photo - it was too small to even have our suitcases easily accessible in the room. Bed was hard. There is no front desk - we picked up keys from the security guard in the parking lot. The rooms are on the second floor of a really dingy building. The security is pointless as anyone in the building or the other hostel (Evergreen Mansion) can access your room floor. The building is only accessible by a long alley which gets pretty dark and dingy at night - the same vibe applies to the lobby and lifts. Overall the stay was below average and we wouldn't recommend it.

Location was good. There was a good cafe just outside the rooms.

The bed was not comfortable and worse, sheets were not changed from the previous guests and above all they were not clean and there was a brownish stain on the bed cover. As I had arrived late at night there was nobody to ask to bring clean sheets. So to be ,somehow, on the safe side I had to sleep with my cloths on!

The security man was so kind and helping. The location is good and permits easy connections to the airport as well as the city.

Stay was perfect, there wasn’t anything else I needed.

Provided two bottles of water each day. Easy check in and check out process, just collected / handed the keys back to the security guard. Very clean, good AC, felt safe.

Loved it! Perfect location - walking distance (approx 30 mins) to MBK, Central World, Platinum Mall, Siam.. Or use public transportation - 10 mins walk to BTS skytrain Phaya Thai and BTS Ratchatewi as well as Airport raillink and bus stops (King Phet กิ่งเพชร). 30 mins with the train to Suvarnabhumi Airport. 10 mins with bus to Samyan Mitrtown, 20 mins to Central Pinklao - more malls with clothing stores and plenty of food options. 20-30 mins walk to some fruit markets Saphan khao market, market Mahanak. Food stalls, restaurants, cafées in the area (there are also halal options in the area). Quiet neighbourhood, in an area were locals also live. Is accessible with car. If you walk from BTS Phaya Thay, I'd recommend not to use the route along the rail track (which Google maps recommend) as it is quite narrow..you can choose the other alleys and/or also via the main road Phetchaburi Rd :) Very comfortable bed. I find the beds in Asia usually to be on the harder side, but this one was very comfy!!! A really nice plus! I arrived late in the evening, at 22:00, but it's still possible to check in eventhough it says check-in time until 18:00. There are security guards there 24/7, and the nightworker helped me to check in :) Keep in mind that the security guards might be sitting outside in their booth and not in the reception :) There is also a café on the same floor which I sadly didn't find time to try..but will certainly do it next time! I highly recommend this accommodation, extremely good value for money, and will come back for sure :)
