We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyBe careful what she charges for transportation tickets . I bought a ticket to go to Koh Lanta by minibus. She told me the price is 600 Bath, 500 for me. Afterwards I learned from other travelers, that the normal price is only 350 Bath. That left a bad taste afterwards.
Clean room, nice view, calm and good working air conditioning. Nice lady at the counter.

United KingdomRoom was quite dirty and the structure is old. But still totally fine for one or a couple of days if you are in Krabi just for transit and looking for a really cheap deal.
Location is great, right in front of the pier and close to some street food market. Quite convenient place if you are planning to go to Railay, Phi Phi or some other island.

NetherlandsThe owner/receptionist tries to sell you boattickets/transportation (for a good price) etc. Wich is great if you did not book any, but since i was beeing picked up by friends they kept on asking me how i was going to the next place with with compagny/driver etc wich probably was ment nice, but made me feel a bit uncomfortable since i was there alone i did not want to share that much info.
Very spacious room, clean and comfortable for this price!! Would def. Recom!! if you are staying for 1 night. Across from night market and 7/11 at walking distance.

If you have heavy luggage or many luggages, you will have hard time to take it to 3rd floor (top floor). 2) We booked room with balcony, although there is a small sign attach at the chair saying those balcony chairs are for our Room 31, but some other guest from other room sat at our balcony all night and playing phone so loudly.
Good location. 1)Easy access to anyway because the hotel is right in front of Kong Ka Pier. 2) Easy to find food. Many food stalls along Kong Ja Pier. 3) 7-11, pharmacy, and Chao Far Park are all within walking distance from hotel. Friendly and sweet lady owner. 1) Always smile and greet us whenever she saw us. 2) Able to communicate in English well. Room 1) Bed is comfortable. We booked twin bed. 2) Water pressure for shower is superb. 3) Aircond works well and very cold. 4) My son able to sleep well for whole 3 nights.

Free coffee downstairs, water too, Very kind host, not pushy, but willing to arrange all your excursions, transportation. We did the seven islands early bird with the company she proposed and it was fantastic. If you want a terrace you will have to book a room with a terrace because there is a sign now that the terrace is exclusively for the two rooms in the front.
