The water pressure in the shower was very weak. There was a vague sewage smell from the bathroom pipes from about halfway through our stay. Had to keep the door closed and the exhaust fan on constantly. The shower cubicle was mouldy in spots. I tried to clean it myself, but couldn't find bleach and the cleaning fluids I purchased didn't budge it. The couch needs either cleaning, covering or replacing as it's quite grubby. We used a spare sheet to cover it to sit on it. BUT! For the price, these are minor complaints. The price was exceptional, and worth the minor inconveniences.

The location was fabulous. Close to everything. Super easy to hail a taxi for day trips. Amazing views from the rooftop sitting areas. Very short walk to Asiatique which has a Big C (grocery store) in it, markets (overpriced), restaurants, shops. Massage parlours and hairdressers in easy walking distance. 7 Elevens everywhere. Street food everywhere. The condo was a comfortable size for two people. The bed was enormous. Small balcony with a view of the pool, washing machine and drying rack. Equipped kitchen. TV with Netflix. Adequate bathroom. Two air conditioners (slight overkill for the room size). Building is very secure with card/fob entry to elevators and room. Building located within an alley, tucked away. Some drivers had some trouble finding it, so we eventually just had them drop us off at Asiatique, which was easy to communicate. Great pool and a little gym room which contained free weights, ellipticals and treadmills.

The Shower Pressure can be a bit Better. And WiFi as well it disconnect from time to time.

Perfect Cozy Room, perfect for 2, walking distance to 7E and Asiatique. I will come and stay here again for sure.

Heavy traffic makes getting taxis to the main tourist sites a bit of a drag.

We had a 4th floor apartment which was very clean and had all the facilities needed for our four night stay. The location is convenient for the river bus and local shops. The apartment was very quiet and the gym and pool were an added bonus.

Location near Asiatique is a bit too touristy for my taste, but easy to get away from there using public boat service. Condo interior a little dated but okay for a couple of days.

Good value for money, condo has everything you need for a few days. Walking distance to public express boat service at Wat Ratcha Singkhon temple boat stop. Or tourist boat from Asiatique.

Nice local neighbourhood, a few minutes walk from Asiatique. Apartment has everything. Host always ready to help. Always quick to reply if you have any questions. Lots of street food stalls and restaurants in the area. Will book again next time I come back to BKK. 😉

The host was super responsive and also came to receive me at the apartment when I arrived! It was a nice touch that they had included some free snacks in the kitchen and also a little fabric softener to use when using the washing machine. The neighborhood was quiet and a few walking minutes to Asiatique Market and the 7/11 stores were quite close. I would definitely book this space again!

The location of the property is amazing, i love all the cafes around the condo, Asiatique also has so many amazing restaurants , the mall Icon Siam is even better than Paragon, bigger better shops and restaurants and riverside too. Its really the heart of Bangkok

That the managed was never visible or available

There were everything that u can think of to use a fridge oven Microwave bug the bedroom Aircon did not work and the cleaners never came to clean and I stayed there three weeks with no cleaners

I had to rewash cups, plates, spoons, glasses again because they were dirty. Very Slow internet. The toilet was full of friut flies and the toilets walls were dirty.
