I can not fault our stay at baan manali. What a beautiful tranquil gem. It's only a small resort lovely and peaceful. It is incredible value for money and definitely felt more than a 3 stars resort. The staff are so friendly and curtious. Food is fantastic, is all freshly made and organic, best coffee ☺️ Beautiful pool and views across the beach. Not much of a swimming beach mind. The grounds are kept immaculate and the accommodation it's self is Super cosy comfortable and everything as it should be. Great comfy beds. For me what made this place stand out from others was the small attention to detail it was a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it. Perfect for couples and families. It is a short 10 /15 min walk into the main town. With plenty of restaurants and shops. There is a convenience store at the end of the road 5 min walk. Thankyou for such a wonderful stay baan manali

Nothing really. The beach area is okay. Not my favorite but it is private and away from everything else.

Great property! Beautiful area. Surprisingly quiet even though the downtown area is Carey close. I LOVED the location!! It was a beautiful escape and very easy to get to from the dock. The rooms were awesome and literally just a short stroll to the beach. It’s right out your front window. Good here is amazing also!!

The beach, like the other reviews say it’s not a swimming beach, but did not matter to us and we used this place as a base to explore the island..

The bungalows were spacious and clean in a lovely setting. The property is about 10 walk into Tongsola. We hired a motorbike to get round the island and there is a shop on the corner.

The place is favored by families with small children, you should take it into considaration if you are expecting a quiet atmosphere. Guests from outside, who are not staying at the place, come to the restaurant and can stay and spend a whole day there, which makes the place more crowded.

The place is very beautiful and relaxing, cabins are clean and well equipped. The beach is neat and calm, less suitable for swimming but stunning for staying. A restaurant serves quality and tasty food. The location is excellent, although in a quiet area, but in a 10 minute walk you can reach the nearest city. There is a stunning and clean pool.

The location was out of the way and beach wasn’t swimmable but you can walk to town and walk to a more swimmable beach within 10-15 mins.

The sea entrance was a shallow lagoon. I knew this beforehand so it wasn't a negative as such. It's still a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the scenary and sunsets. But if you're looking for a sandy beach this isn't the place for you.

It was very quiet. Ideal for relaxing and taking it easy with little to no noise. The bungalow was clean, cosy and the bed was firm but comfortable. About 10 minutes walk from the town and the main market. Staff were friendly and the food was well priced and tasted great.

Nice beach but on Lagoon and a bit muddy underfoot.. Better swimming a very short walk away. Building works nearby. Take mosquito repellent. Otherwise loved it and would definitely return.

Fantastic rooms, grounds, restaurant (which closes at 6.30)and bar area. Wonderful staff. Excellent pool. Plenty of sun loungers etc. Great location, away from main road but only a short walk to shops, bike rental etc. Room spacious and well equipped plus nice veranda with table chairs & hammock. Overall tranquil vibe.

We got the delux bungalow which comes with a couch. However, we had to pay for an 'extra bed' while they just made the couch for our son. It wasnt clear to us during the booking that we will be losing the seating area to the 'bed'. We spent little time indoors so in practice it didnt matter but I never had to pay to use the sofabed in my room. This should clarified

This place is heaven on earth! The pictures dont do it justice. We were there with 2 young chiildren and yet I have never felt so calm in my life. The water is shallow and calm which was perfect for the children to be independent and we could easily keep watch. There is plenty of shade to be able to stay outside all day if you wish. The food at the restaurant is amazing and location is excellent.

Some drawers, or more shelf space would have been useful. Sliding door into bathroom not on a lower runner so banged a bit. The long bumpy drive down to the resort was full of holes which became large puddles, as we had heavy rain. The 3 comments above were outweighed greatly by the beautiful setting of the resort, especially the dining area which was very picturesque.

Beach was good. Breakfast excellent, with a wide choice. Pool, though not large, was right near the beach and overlooking the sea.

EVERYTHING! Great views, great food, super friendly staff, an amazing hut equipped with all what you need. The atmosphere is just perfect for a holiday. It looks muuuch better than it does in pictures. I would 100% visit here again.
