Opening time of kitchen was too limited to travellers arriving late or getting up very early. The TV in room had very bad reception and very limited channels. TV outdated.

The room was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Enough towels. Room temperature was good.

This time, the only thing which I did not like was how the walls were so thin and you could hear everyone from them. Some days/nights, there was too much voice coming from the other rooms.

I had stayed in Flexistay before and as always I liked the location of the hotel. The room was comfortable to stay, too. Also, the staff was responsive to my messages. I will be staying with Flexistay again in the future. Thank you!

You couldn't lock the door from the inside which as a female person travelling alone felt a little odd. I also didn't like that there were no staff on site in the case of an emergency.

The make-your-own breakfast in the kitchen alongside everyone else was not expected and I didn't go into the kitchen as it was pretty busy. It seemed to be accommodation for blokes working around there snd maybe some families placed by the council - I don't know but it felt that many people were making it there home

We were located very near the front door, so noisy at times with people coming and going. But that's the luck of the draw.

Excellent location, spacious room, large wet room, tea and coffee in room. We'll laid out kitchen for self service breakfast. Manager was very friendly and helpful.

Instead of advertising breakfast being included, it would be fairer to say that there is access to communal kitchen and lounge, as anyone would spend 10 minutes just for finding cutlery, cups and plates as well as the food that might be included.

At good location, though parking availability may be limited, clean and spacious room with plenty of pillows, well functioning (TV) and good free Wi-Fi, modern and spacious bathroom.

Very comfy bed and good pillows, sockets in the head board, very large shower, good size towels, Easy check-in, very practical and met all my needs. Good parking. Bathroom very warm, room cooler, fan provided. Quiet.

Cold in the room. No heating. The bedside lights were not working. It would have been a problem for a longer stay but my stay was brief.

Although I turned the dial on the certain heating off. The room was still very warm for me that I had to sleep with the window open and the fan on which is very usually for me in January. I had to take my time climbing up the stairs as my room was on the first floor.

I could buy and cook my own food if I wanted as I'm allergic to certain foods. Store my purchased foods in the fridge. It has kettle that I could make my own cup of tea without leaving my room. The room was very clean. The bathroom was lovely.

Lighting in both the bedroom and en-suite, excessively warm in the room even with the heating turned right down and the window open?

Room was comfortable however a lot of lights did not work, bed was comfortable and shower was very good. Off road parking was a bonus!

Whilst our room had been cleaned, the walls had a lot of marks on them (some of them looked like food). It was a bit grotty looking and made it unpleasant to stay in. The walls need a coat of paint to get rid of all the marks and the sink area could have been cleaner.

The location is pretty good, only about 10 minute walk from Sutton rail station.

The gas detector is quite old so when some lowlife triggered it, it lasted more than an hour because it is complicated to reset. It is mostly quiet because people are usually well behaved but it is not well soundproof

The over bed lights weren’t working in room .. they need fixing .. Also the room was hot ..however there was a fan if needed .. plus the window opened .

The kitchen didn't have enough cutlery The fridge is messy. You don't know who owns what. It would be better if lodgers can label what belongs to them . I didn't go into the kitchen after my first day. If there is a way of labelling so as to allocate space for each room. Seems it would be better.

It's a clean room, clean bathroom, everything is available, hairdryer Iron and board. Fan Tea,coffee . A Beautiful place . the price is good. Thank you.

No shampoo and conditioner is provided. Only one stove in the kitchen works properly. When there are many guests cooking, I need to wait for a long time. It would be great if hand wash and tissue can be provided in the kitchen.

Free laundry and breakfast with communal kitchen. The room is spacious and the porter Joe is very nice. He accommodated all our requests with patience. I appreciated his help on moving my luggage to ground floor when I checked out.
