The owner met us on arrival, he was delightful, very chatty and helpful. The room was immaculately clean with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. We told the owner in advance that we drank oat milk and we had sachets available on our tea tray.

There is no breakfast provided but that didn't bother us, we walked 5 minutes to The Boston Tea Party and had a wonderful breakfast.

They served dreadful watery coffee with the paid for continental breakfast. You could get a decent coffee for an extra £3.
