The pots and pans in the kitchen need to be replaced and some items are missing like a big knife, spoon etc. Otherwise pleasant stay.

The staff is very friendly but the opening hours of the reception desk are limited. Enough parking space and close to the room. Going there by car is the only option. It is centrally located, close to Narbonne and region east of Carcassonne. Room is big enough and there is a small, a bit desolate, garden which we didn't use. We did not use the pool either so we cannot comment on that.

The rooms should have extra blankets and scrubber pads to wash dishes by hand.

The location was good provided you had a car to get around as there are no restaurants nearby. It is a large complex with considerable leisure sporting activities (basketball, pool, table tennis etc). The manager, Bruce, speaks several languages fluently and is extremely helpful and customer oriented. The ownership is very lucky to have someone like Bruce managing their facility.

Facilities in apartment very basic. Nothing to wash up with like cloth. No corkscrew!!! Minimal soft furnishings.

Warm welcome from reception staff. Beautiful pool and grounds. Good base for exploring the area (with a car). Would go back.

Great location right next to a lively village on the Canal du Midi. Big self-catering apartment with good facilities and comfy beds. Lovely pool and surroundings including local wine for sale. Helpful and friendly staff in a beautiful reception building. Plenty of secure free parking.

It's a bit noisy on occasions mainly from scraping of chairs on tiles from apartment above and cars on gravel drive used as drop off/loading place. Rooms had a few cobwebs so didn't appear clean but probably should be expected. Vine weevils were a surprise but again to be expected due to location.

This is an amazing place to stay. It's hidden, even the locals don't know it's there. Ideal location for exploring the area. We upgraded to a 2.5 bedroom apartment due to mobility issues of a family member. 2 toilets and bath with shower and a separate shower room were very useful. Being on the ground floor, we had a little garden. Great for self-catering with all facilities with dishwasher and microwave but no oven. We took an airfryer. Unexpected extra was the bar by the pool which served soft drinks and coffee in the late afternoon/evening.

Uncomfortable check-in - despite the hotel's low occupancy, early check-in was not possible. The reception only opens at 3 PM. There is also no one at the reception in the morning, and there is no place to return the keys. However, the biggest downside of the property is the service at the pool bar - the staff member was unfriendly, did not greet us, and did not respond to our greetings. Lack of English proficiency made it difficult to place an order. She seemed to be working there as if it were a punishment, a very unfriendly person.

Beautiful location, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. A great place for a family vacation. Available barbecue area, a safe swimming pool, excellent wine tasting, and a superb pizza from a food truck.

Some of the facilities in the apartment could be updated but I expect we arrived at the end of a long summer season.

The location is lovely near a lake with sports facilities and in a working winery. It has a good outdoor swimming pool. It is close to the Canal du MIDI with great walks. The apartment (a studio) was large and clean.

There was a lack of loungers and seats around the pool, not enough when it was busy.

The staff were extremely freindly and helpful and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful area. We particularly liked the weekly evening market on site where we could buy local produce including the exceptional wine of the region.

Air conditioning is what we really missed. Just one fan to share between 2 bedrooms. The cleanness of the kitchen in the apartment was somewhat disputable. The kitchen in the pool bar is also kind of questionable.

The stuff is very helpful. The apartment is spacious and well planned. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The public swimming pool is great, the playgrounds, the garden… the whole area is a nice place to spend time with family. The restaurants in the area represent a great example of what we like french cuisine for. And the local wine, of cource ))

Lack of air-con, 2 fans were provided but one stopped working during the night, was reported but not replaced as offered, so last night was very warm & had uncomfortable sleep.

Peaceful location, lovely pool, easy check-in with helpful staff-English speaking. Nice spacious apartment with private outside seating area looking onto trees. Great kitchen facilities, all stocked. Close to canal du midi & le lac which we walked round then into Homps & sat by canal. Some good restaurants & well stocked shop here.

Unfortunately our disherwasher was broken and while we reported it twice it was never fixed during our stay. The sink backed up in our apartment so we couldnt clean our dishes

Good value for money. Good swimming pool. Accommodation clean and practical if rather basic. Nice location in quiet countryside. Decent supermarket at nearby village. Nice reception staff.
