Bathroom kinda dated and the hairdryer was tiresome because you need to keep pressing the button hard to make it work.

Nice big room, large comfy bed, spacious balcony with a small table and 2 chair, great AC, easy parking. Pools not too big but adequate. Warm water. Plenty of sunbeds and little tables. Friendly staff all around.

good breakfast and dinner. easy access to terme pool and garden. Staff very helpful with cycling issues - helped with puncture and provided cycle local route map. Bus stop for Padua just outside property

The thermal pool is wonderful if you are on the way of the long trip, to stop in this hotel and relax is perfect.

The offer of services, pleasant breakfast and central place in the thermal region, and so close to Padova, makes this hotel a very good choice for young and less young families.

Big rooms some with nice pool view. Security measurements against CoViD 19 were Ok. Close to the center. A great indoor/outdoor pool and bubble bath

Unfortunatly the first day of the trip was disappointing. The room was very dirty. There is mold in the bathroom, dust on furniture, spots on the chair covers. They wanted to replace the room with the same kind, but at the end they found a cleaner room one floor below. Very strange smell in the whole hotel. The lift is old and the whole hotel has got too old and is mentally old. There is a bar with beautiful view in the garden but the barman needs to be waited for about 20 minutes. Dinner which consisted of four dishes was completely untasty and unenjoyable. At the end we chose fresh fruit for the dessert. They brought an apple even with the sticker on it (like from the shelf of the shop) and a kiwi together with a knife and a fork. We felt disrespected. We paid 29eur for a person for the dinner. Staff in the restaurant almost didn't know any English. For all these inconviences they gave a discount for the dinner of 9eur for a person. To sum up, the trip was cancelled in Italy and we continued our trip to Slovenia. It is a pitty that it is possible to upload only 5 pictures on booking. com, we could upload much more.

We first entered our room and it was like a furnace. We called to ask if they could turn it down, their reply was we had to leave it on full blast or off completely. We left it on with our window open the entire time. I had to ask them to sweep the stairs due to litter. The elevator was old and tiny. There was a “bandage/plaster” in one of the pools for the entire time I was there-6 days. I finally took it out and it stayed there until I left. I ate first night in restaurant. It tasted like cafeteria food. I got massages daily but was not very pleased. They were nice but did not feel well after leaving.

The location was ok. It had a spa. The massage therapist (2) were nice. It had free parking. The pools were ok.

The outdoor pool area needs some very minor renovations (e.g. the pool lights at night no longer work, and the paving should be redone in some places). It doesn't bother, but over time it might degrade more.

We have been going to this hotel since 2018 and we felt very comfortable. It is a quiet and chic hotel, with very kind staff. I particularly appreciate the cleanliness in the rooms. we will return with pleasure every year. I would suggest the inclusion of a salt room in the spa area

There are some hair left In the bathroom .. it’s disgusting . It’s not really clean. Hand Soap was empty , also soap in the shower room is almost empty .. and dresser door was broken .. The Bathrobe charge €5 each , also swimming cap had to buy for swimming.

We travel through Booking constantly and we have never rated a bad hotel so this is the first time. Since we were on the road and we were tired, we needed a decent room to sleep over. For 120€ we thought we had come across a good hotel but it turned out not to be. The images that are on the Booking have nothing to do with reality. The rooms are in very poor condition. The staff does not know enough English. In the evening we asked if we could get ice and a glass for the room (since the fridge was turn off), they said that we can’t, only if we will sit in a cafe and pay for a drink. In the evening, my husband and I watched funny videos on our mobile phones, and then our hotel telephone rang. We were shocked. Then we called the reception which said that someone called us from the next room that we were too loud (how it is allowed to call us from the next room?!). The pictures of the rooms on the booking are photoshopped, so we took them for you. Terrible experience. For 120€ per night this is really a scam.
