Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Perfect spot for starting your walk on SW coast path. Good pub food, quite busy so I recommend booking a table in advance. Room was ok for a one night stay.

United KingdomI stayed in order to go boat fishing on the day after my stay. I would stay here again in future if we had a later sail time but often we go out too early to be able to get a cooked breakfast at the Old Ship and on those occasion i would stop elsewhere.

United KingdomService was slow in the bar and food orders during the day as only one person serving drinks, taking orders and serving meals. He did well though. Service was good for the evening meal we had. Food was ok. Breakfast was good. I would consider staying there again. Very dog friendly which we always appreciate
The location was excellent on the end of the bay overlooking the sea. We stayed in room 8 with a balcony and seating. Rooms very spacious comfortable and clean with good facilities.

room was nice. Didn't get a chance for breakfast as we headed out early to walk the south west coastal path. On our check out day they made us a sandwich to go which was nice. The comforter was too warm, would of been nice to have other options like a light sheet.

When the staff member came to let us know it was only down as 1 person when I booked for 2 in a king size with a sea . Sadly the Sea view wasnt Available but the room situation was rectified as soon as possible
Location is lovely overlooking the harbour area . There were a few free parking spots outside or a car park about 2 mins away. . Bed was very comfy and Staff were lovely . Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice .

New ZealandThe on-wall instant shower unit delivered at the rate of a garden watering can and was luke-warm most of the time.
A character pub on the harbour with limited free parking spaces, free overnight parking available within a short walk. Better than average pub style menu, friendly staff and good atmosphere. Average breakfast. The room we had was larger than average, it was possible to open up two suitcases and still have room to walk around.
