Staff very helpful, the area is new and quiet. The apartment was very nice and well organized, super fast service I have never seen like it before.

1) Noises 2)The staff is rude and not trained very well, especially one of the concierge, no one told me that the food delivery drivers are not allowed to deliver food to the hotel so I ordered a coffee to the M floor as I was attending a course held there, the concierge was very rude about it, he texted me from the driver’s phone and asked me to go down and asked for my room number to report the incidence like I am sort of a criminal

They scammed me. They took a 100 AED deposit and promised it would be refunded to my bank account after check out, but I haven't received it back.
