Check in took too long, no apologies Ahmed was extremely rude and unapologetic for the long wait for the check in. Hotel it self was very nice. Room hygiene could have been better especially the floors. Floors do not get mopped. Dirt marks are left on the room floors and balconies NEVER get cleaned.

Breakfast was awful, not enough staff, not enough tables, buffet was cold and not replenished quickly. Not enough coffee machines with long waits, also dinner was poor, we tried ordering from the alarm Carte menu, loads of items not available, 25mins wait for a drink, we walked out and visited the Grill spot, 10 mins walk away, had a amazing meal for a 3rd of the price.

inside the bathroom of my room, a pipe had been dropping too much water, I complained several times, every time, they came but did not do anything, the staff did not respond quickly to my needs, after two days they changed my room.

Everything was perfect. just got a little disappointed , I extended my checked out until 8:00 pm but still the receptionist keeps calling to disturb our sleeping. They should write a note for late check out so the guest cannot be disturbed.

The hotel location is very good, close to amenities and restaurants. The hotel itself was also very nice. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was good enough for few days of stay. Overall, thumbs up for the hotel.

Definitely needs to have hot water for a shower. Water is a bit too cold. Not warm enough to enjoy the bath. That's the only negative I would say other than that so far so good.

You get your value for the price. The bell boy was very very helpful. At reception english was very poor. Bellboy absolutely did everything he could to make us comfortable. Haram is a little far but alhumdulilah they have shuttle service for every Salah.

One night there was loud chatter and laughter from adjacent room and couldn’t sleep. The hotel staff solved when told.

The bead was comfortable, not hard or soft. Room size was adequate. The register attention staff were pleasant and helpful and specially Maria, thanks to all.

It would have been helpful to mention that the hotel is dry without alcohol, no bar at the property. We couldn’t get a beer after a long flight.

The hotel is relatively far from the tourist locations, and unless you are an expert moving on metro, each taxi outside will be at least 20 USD. Also, there was an issue with the elevators that several are not working.

The hotel is very comfortable, the buffet is quite generous, and the staff is nice and are ready to support you with your queries. I specially appreciated the help of the concierge regarding guidance on how to move around the city.
