We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I got an upgrade from the hotel and the room was good, very spacious. The kids loved the room a lot. We had taken full board and it was not disappointing. The spread in each meal was good. The housekeeping staff need a special mention specially the supervisor Mr. Yuvraj and attendant Nabeela. They were very prompt in their service. At the front desk Ms. Ishishika is very co-opeartive and understanding

RussiaThe room was spacious but didn't look cosy. The kitchen was very simple and there weren't any cutlery, it was little strange. The location isn't good. Nothing interesting around and nowhere to walk. The beach was pretty good but had some garbage in the water because there are rock breakwaters at the both side of the beach that creates some sort of bay
