We recently stayed at the Expo Village Serviced Apartment and had a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious and immaculate room. The attention to cleanliness and tidiness throughout the apartment was evident and greatly appreciated.The primary reason for our stay was an event at Expo Village, and the location of the serviced apartment could not have been more convenient. It was just a short and easy walk to the event venue, making our participation completely hassle-free. This convenience allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the event without worrying about transportation or timing.The facilities at Expo Village Serviced Apartment were exceptional. The pool area was stunning, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day. Whether we wanted to take a refreshing dip or simply lounge by the poolside, it was an absolute highlight of our stay.Additionally, the gym exceeded our expectations. It was well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, catering to all our fitness needs. The apartment was good, but the ventilation in the building is not the best. Therefore it can get stuffy. Also we saw some insects like small flies, I guess because of the humidity in the bathroom. Be ready to drive at least 30 min to the popular destinations.

Great to stay with kids. Several awesome playgrounds around, Expo park, and a covered swimming pool with convenient access. Room service was provided every day.

It's bit far from downtown, also no mirror except in washroom and it's limited with power outlets.

Staff very helpful, the area is new and quiet. The apartment was very nice and well organized, super fast service I have never seen like it before.

It was my third time, the hospitality simply sweeps me off my feet every time. The team led by Mr Fahmi is exceptional. Mr Mina is always willing to go the extra mile to make the stay a memorable one. The ever smiling staff at the reception Ahmed, Sharanya, Sharaz, Abuzer and Mr Karim are very polite and always have a sunny smile. The Bell Boys Philip and Nadeem are very courteous and ever present and willing to help . The house keeping teams, Sultan, Awais , Mercy and I am sorry for not remembering the name of the other lady are amazing, they work tirelessly to keep the apartments in pristine condition. I always recommend this place to all my friends and family. A BIG Thank you to all of you from the bottom of my heart.❤️ Will keep coming back to stay. Truly amazing place to stay. May Allah Shower his Blessings on all the staff.

We moved in on the day of the storm. Booked the room just 20 minutes before arrival. Reception was very quick and helpful and polite. Perhaps the quickest check in I've seen in a hotel. Very clean and comfortable two bedroom, two bath apartment with a functional kitchen. Solid, waterproof facility during rain and storm. Ac/bath/tv/kitchen amenities working perfectly. Room service very attentive and gave us whatever extras we asked for. Location is 10/10 with metro 1 minute walk from the hotel. Taxi line up right in front too. Tons of restaurants to walk to or order online from.

its always both bathrooms that are getting flooded by water when a person taking bath. requested for trash bin in the kitchen however it was not delivered even if i asked many times.

We love the size of the pool ( really big), big plus it is heated. right next to metro station. Gym is functional & facing the pool giving a nice vibe to workout.
