All of staff are kind and nice. especially Sergio always wears smile and super friendly and helpful. My husband and I really enjoyed this stay.

The 5-star Pestana Vintage Porto Hotel & World Heritage Site is romantically located along the Douro River, right on the historic Ribeira Square. the location was outstanding in the vibrant centre of Porto's waterfront. The staff - especially Joao & Alex went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Thus was our first time in Porto & we couldn't have found a better hotel.
