The manageress Barbara and all of her staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind. They helped us at all junctures and answered all questions and did their best to explain, give directions and solve problems. Seriously, one of the best places I have ever stayed. They only issue I had was that the breakfast menu did not vary, but there was plenty of options and different foods to allow a guest to vary their own menu. The only other thing that I would have asked for was to have a heated pool as the water was very cold and not suitable for swimming, The palace grounds are exquisite with a dining room like something out of Versailles, with tiled walls in blue (typical of Porto). At night there is a guard at the entrance which gives a sense of security as the neighbourhood has quite a few abandoned buildings, as does much of downtown Porto. The hotel is an exquisite corner out of time and just three blocks from the metro station and lots of great restaurants just down the street. The dinner at the hotel was also excellent, and one felt that it was a special chef who cooked there. The staff of the dining room were also exceptionally nice, pleasant, helpful and attentive. A true gem in the world of hotels and hospitality.

From the moment I checked-in, I felt welcome, and I have to mention the very attentive staff, especially in the breakfast room. They made sure you never ran out of (well-made) coffee and juice , and if you wanted something else than from the buffet, They would offer you a variety of choises from the menu. Absolutely wonderful breakfast. The room was lovely and at my arrival there was a bottle of water and a plate of pastel de nata. Really nice. I was quite surprised that I had a seaview in the distance from my room on the 3rd floor. The crown in the juvel was the rooftop terrace with heated pool, bar and nice lounge music. I will definately return to Renaissance hotel another time.

Delicious options provided for breakfast. Their beds and pillows were very very comfortable. Their staff, exceptional!

ABC Hotel Porto – Boavista ligger i Porto, 400 m fra Musikhuset, og tilbyder indkvartering med bar, fælles opholdsstue, have og privat parkering. The beds were exceptional. Our other hotels on the trip had comfortable beds, but with myself and husband being taller, we really liked the King sized beds they offered. The breakfast was great and well stocked, the staff was very accommodating and helpful with directions. We were right across the street from the Metro Station, so convenient.

Hotel Cristal Porto is a new 4-star hotel in a central location in Porto. Set right next to Lapa Church, the hotel is 900 metres from Aliados Avenue. Stuff was really kind and helpful. Had a tiny complain for bathroom cleaning and they made it up perfectly after, personal apology, gift and super kind behavior, highly appreciated and exceptional customer service. Perfect hotel😍

Dette hotel ligger i et historisk palæ med udsigt over Praça da República-haven og er udsmykket med arkitektoniske detaljer. Metro- og togsationen Trindade ligger 5 minutters gang derfra. Very kind and attentive staff! Would definately recommend the Hotel!

Centrally located near Trindade Metro and S.Bento Station, Hotel Inca Porto offers spacious rooms in the heart of Porto. All guest bedrooms at Hotel Inca are equipped with a TV and a telephone. Til start var det for varmt for mig om natten og jeg spurgte om at få rette op på sengelinned, hvilken blev rettet op og følgt op på det også. Helt sikkert meget værd med den lille bar som laver nogle fremragende drinks. Det vil jeg sige ekstra bonus for os.

Partly housed in a modern building and partly in a historical palace with a tiled façade, Das Artes is centrally located in Porto. Excellent location for tourism. International standards of comfort, cleanliness and service. A typical neighborhood bakery/deli by the corner.
