PolandThe hotel wanted to charge me more for the room. I had to dispute the issue with the manager by showing my Booking receipt and the price break down for room and tax. After the hassle, the supervisor match the price. I have always used Booking and never had this issue. I also had to pay $12.00 plus tax for parking per day. The room was not worth the price. I had better room at other hotels and paid less. The only plus was the buffet breakfast.

United States of AmericaThe only thing I don’t like about this property is that you have to pay for your own parking I mean $13 it’s just crazy I don’t like paying $13 I mean that they shouldn’t even have paid parking I think the parking should be free
everything it’s a gorgeous hotel Friendly Staff Very Clean Suites Very Quiet and Beds are so Comfortable. Haven’t made it to Happy Hour yet but as for the Breakfast Buffet it is to die for they have almost anything to eat they even have where you can have them make your own omelette Drinks they got your daily juice, coffee and condiments and if your a soda drinker in the morning they have that too. I really enjoyed my stay at the most Beauitful Hotel in Kissimmee ❤️❤️❤️

United States of AmericaThere was no housekeeping due to their COVID19 restrictions which meant that we had to call to have coffee replenished and towels. While this wasn’t a major deal it was meant that we had to plan to ask about items while going or coming and then they were dropped inside the door.
While the room was nice and the people at the desk were helpful when checking in there were some things overlooked. Breakfast was included in our reservation and we were NOT told that it was serviced outside the restaurant area in the lobby. We saw that are empty both days that we were there and it wasn't until our last afternoon that we saw a sign in one hall pointing to the "Breakfast area". There was no information given to us and we just assumed that like other hotels they were not providing breakfast. The room was nice but the CARPET was filthy. I walked around the room barefooted in the morning and when I stepped into the shower I noticed that I had REALLY BLACK footprints in the tub.

Loved the Quickness of check in/out. Also the parking fee was reasonable.

The staff was so pleasant. The managers reception and the breakfast were exceptional perks as always. This location has a beautiful pool with a great ambiance.

The breakfast, cooked to order, was great. Same with the managers reception. The location was perfect. I wish the hot tub was listed in their amenities. All the staff was wonderful.

ColombiaThe cleaning should be with a daily basis, I understood the situation with COVID-19 but the default should be clean daily and if there is someone don’t want it, just let you know. Today it is the contrary, and it looks like an “argument” to reduce costs. It is important make the clarification even I let the hotel knew about daily cleaning in my stay, it was not done! I had to call several times to reach this.
I have been several times in this hotel, in general terms is a good and comfortable hotel.
