This was the second time in a short time that we stayed at hotel Al Maso. The first time we were very satisfied with the room. This time we were a bit disappointed. It was a room with really deferred maintenance.

WiFi was free but didn't work brilliantly, indoor pool empty and 3 pin plus in bedroom didn't accept the standard 2 pin European adaptor for some reason which has worked in other hotels on this trip.

Amazing mountain and field views from the terrace and pool, good bar and snacks, lovely pool, nicely done room with decent space and good shower. Location quiet so in general good if you don't mind a bit of a walk into town. Overall a brilliant stay, wish we had stayed for longer.

We were a group of people and missed not having a bar with some selection and open until 10pm. Few bars nearby. (The hotel has a small bar open until 8.30) We rented an expensive bike that we were told to watch at all times. Not a solid storage for bikes and not able to charge many electric bikes in the facilities offered. Was disappointing because I asked about locked bike storage before I arrived

The room had too much air refresher spilled in the room, that it took couple of hours just to make the room breathable. In the beginning we felt like there was nothing to breathe

Rooms could have kettle and glasses, maybe water as well. Bikes could be cheaper (rental of electric ones).

Lovely vinyard with pool, yet close to the city (Riva). Quiet place for relaxation and trips to the mountains or lakes. E-bikes for rent available. Multiple shops and restaurants nearby.

The room was very small, they should have put better pictures of the rooms. Also, if u don’t have a personal vehicle, the location is a big inconvenient to travel to Garda lake etc.

The staff were very friendly and informative. Also the breakfast was excellent.

Sadly the indoor wellness is closed due to covid and will not continue to operate in the future, which we found out once we got there... Also the WiFi reception and connection is not that good.

Top! Indoor swimming pool, very nice outside pool, very good breakfast (choice between 6 menu's). The staff is super friendly and helpful! Location is good. Near a few bars and right next to the supermarket. Riva Del Garda is a 20 minute walk, which is easy to do. We chose a room which was more expensive but it was worth it. Large bedroom and a balcony with views of the mountains around. I would recommend this option!

- old bikes without alterations, that in my opinion are not suitable to drive in the hilly Riva del Garda (they were really old and rusty) - afternoon food offer would be really nice!

- hotel itself (in a nice surrounding, very quiet) - old part of hotel is well cared - haven't noticed anyting collapsing/rotten or really really old. We had a room with balcony on the top floor and it was amazing! - very clean rooms - cleaned every day - breakfast - 6 different breakfasts to choose, everytime we were very very full! - drinks! nothing better than drink at the pool ;) - 15 mins by walk to the center
