Had a smoking room which was great since we were on the 3rd floor and didn't have to hike the stairs to go out for a smoke.

The $17 breakfast option was disappointing, to say the least. That’s a steep price for a bagel and cold eggs. We also couldn’t get the shower door to stay shut so we ended up having to clean a wet floor after every shower.

Sosuite sent me a LAST MINUTE (1.5 hrs before check in) email that check in is delayed because the suite was not cleaned. Since we were already in town, we were forced to wait an 1.5 hours before we could check in. Once checked in, the suite was STILL dirty. Sosuite could not re-clean until the next morning; we slept in a dirty room our first night. Sosuite didn’t refund anything. We will never stay with sosuite again and will stick to traditional hotels. Also, sosuite handles everything remotely, the apartment staff will not help you with any issues.
