Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making our stay comfortable. the reception of the hotel is very good work do, the accommodation and food facilities of the hotel are very good Awesome very good. I forget the name of the nice sweet girl with brown hair and young guy also look the same, they are amazing. They help me tooooo much. Do not hesitate to book in this hotel.

Every thing was great, I feel like I’m at home the hotels stuff smile the room spacious and always well cleaned, I have come before to this hotel and I can’t wait till I come bake, I would like to thank everybody in the hotel they make our trip even more wonderful.

The location was very confortable next to Taksim, so you can walk there after taking the Havaist 15 bus. Also Yasim was very helpful. Better than staying in Sultanahmet which is more of a tourist trap, here there are plenty of nice places to eat.

The staff is very helpful and attentive. The location is perfect with the major sites nearby and great public transportation also nearby. Superb breakfast each morning got us ready for an entire day of exploring this magnificent city!
