Nothing unsatisfying, rather small inconveniences but manageable. The street was rather narrow, making it nearly impossible to get a taxi right at the doorstep. The flat lacks a lift or elevator, so it was quite painful to carry luggage to and from the 5th floor. There was no assistance available for luggage outside of check-in and checkout times. I believe this property is more like a B&B rather than a hotel.

Superb property and great location for accessing public transportation and getting around. The room was equipped with all amenities, including a hairdryer, slippers, shampoo, hand wash and towels. AirCon also provided. The property was recently refurbished so it gave a very nice touch. Good view from the 5th floor towards the city. The host, Yassin was extremely helpful both before and during my stay, assisting me in finding good places to eat. They also provided iron when requested. The hotel is conveniently close to various food shops, barber shops, etc. Istiklal Street is also within walking distance. There is also a small shop on the street. I'll definitely consider this property when visiting Istanbul again.

The location was very confortable next to Taksim, so you can walk there after taking the Havaist 15 bus. Also Yasim was very helpful. Better than staying in Sultanahmet which is more of a tourist trap, here there are plenty of nice places to eat.

My only issue was having no elevator. After a long exhausting day in Istanbul, the stairs to my room were the hardest part. Also the quality of slippers and shampoo offered were below par.

Extremely respectful and helpful receptionist. All my requests were directly answered. Very comfortable stay, away from the noise , yet very close to taksim on foot. I'm a clean freak, and the standards of hygiene were also met perfectly. WiFi is absolutely beautiful, by far the best WiFi in a hotel I've seen, which allowed me to have urgent work meetings and much more without any issues. The room was identical to the images and the description was 100% accurate.

Despite Yasin's care, the narrow alley location and absence of an elevator in the five-story building compared prices to the hotel made the stay less than ideal for me. I usually book a hotel, so maybe my expectations are a bit higher. You check based on your expectations.

I recently booked this apartment, and the experience was a mixed one. I must commend the room's cleanliness, which was a definite plus. Yasin, the manager, deserves special recognition for his dedication and care for guests. However, there were notable drawbacks to the property, which were already slightly mentioned in advertising. The apartment's location in narrow alleys can be a bit unnerving, especially at night. Another significant inconvenience was the absence of an elevator in a five-story building, making the daily climb a challenging task, but Yasin assigned me the first floor to prevent this problem after my request. Furthermore, the back rooms lacked proper natural lighting, negatively affecting the overall ambiance. You need to book the front rooms, which might be a bit more expensive than the economical ones. In summary, while Yasin's exceptional service stands out, the issues with location and building amenities make it difficult to recommend this place wholeheartedly. Anyway, these are subjective and may be attractive to some guests. It's a matter of personal taste and what you value in your stay.

The property was very close to main tourist attraction. Galata tower maybe around 15 minutes. Istiklal street was nearby (5 minutes). Bus station is like 2 minutes of walking. The location is great. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Yasin was super helpful in giving advice for us which are newbie in Istanbul. Room is overall clean and comfy. No noise and away from the street/crowd.
