The spa facilities are quite limited (sauna + steam room). The reception was quite small.

Cleanliness was not at the appropriate level. The rooms were not make up in quality. Moreover, in my opinion there was no use of a vacuum cleaner.

It was a little bit noisy because its located in main street. As a guest I need to reach an invoice at the beginning. And let us time to recover our body and our mind to doing our payment without any mistake.

The breakfast had limited choice, even less than cheaper hotels. But for me that wasn't a big deal as I'm not a heavy morning eater.

The hotel is clean and comfy. The location is excellent as the metro station is steps away.

Not really a negative point. There’s a metro station right in front of the hotel but we never used it as it doesn’t go to main attractions in Istanbul. However, the closest tram station is just 10 minutes walking distance. Not too bad.

This would be the first time I write a review and Aspera Golden Horn absolutely deserves it. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable, offering easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area, especially when it’s really close to Galata Tower. The services provided at the hotel were top-notch, making my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Their warm hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. We arrived quite late in the night and haven’t had any dinner. Since the kitchen was already closed, the night auditor (if I’m not mistaken his name is Orhan) ordered us some food. Very thoughtful. Moreover, the views from the hotel were breathtaking, allowing me to relax and unwind while taking in the beautiful surroundings. In terms of improvements, I honestly can't think of any. My experience at this hotel was flawless, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Overall, my stay at this hotel was exceptional, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to the hotel staff for making my experience truly remarkable.

For such a wonderful room, we felt that there were a couple of things missing to add the extra value, a Nespresso machine for sure. In addition, although we were able to order eggs and omelette and everything was fresh, the breakfast was rather basic for a 4* hotel. Also some hours of the day you may hear the noise of the busy street beneath. Last but not least for many people, there was a fish smell entering the room which sometimes was stronger.

We were allocated excellently in a corner room overlooking Fatih, Balat, Fener.. The room is a 180⁰ viewpoint with all the beautiful Mosques, the Orthodox Patriarchate, the Greek Orthodox College and a wonderful sunset. The room is spacious for two, and even with big luggage there is enough space to move around. The Furniture is luxurious and we were amazed by the quality of the equipment. The bed is super comfy, there is lighting all around and the airco works well. Location is fantastic as the hotel is upon the green line which leads to all the major sites in the city, both historic and modern. Istiklal and Gatata tower is just 5' walking, while the Galata bridge is not more than 10' away on foot. Housekeeping was very good and they were renewing water bottles daily.

The breakfast of the hotel is less than basic. It doesn't be valued neither for 1 stars. The floor in the room was dirty. HSK visit our room every day but they do not clean the floor. In my opinion they should procceed with a staff turnover in HSK & Breakfast area asap.

Hotel is located at Sishane metro station, 10 meters away from the metros' exit - the green line of the metro. It is a very beautiful & stylish hotel. Staff is very polite especially people at the front desk and porters. Nice and comfortable rooms and bathroom. Everyday HSK service is an asset. Staying in this hotel you are in the heart of Istanbul. Galatas' tower is 8 minutes away on foot, Istiklal street 15 minutes aways, port to Kadikoy or Fatih or other famous areas is located 10 minutes away from the hotel. In general, the location of the hotel is on top.

Food at the restaurant were delicious. Restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive, so do the front desk. Room is very clean. The bed is very comfortable and i had good nite sleeps during my 4 nights stay. Since my room is facing the bosphorus straits and the main road, it can be quite noisy at times. but i am ok with it. oh mine was at the 2nd floor. i think the upper floors room would have been less noisy. Location wise, its great. Wifi is strong and i do not face any intermittent during my stay.

Very nice hotel they make upgrade to us , location is perfect in city centre and availability to go around by foot to see nearest attractions, cafes… 5 min from Galata Thanks for the team , housekeeping staff every day made perfect cleaning , reception was very helpful and friendly , food in restaurants was also nice.
