We picked Keio Plaza’s Premier Grand as the Premier Grand rooms and club lounge were refurbished just a few years ago, and we certainly weren’t disappointed. The club lounge was the height of elegance, with a breakfast and tea time of a much higher quality than similar hotels we’ve stayed at. The rooms were similarly elegant, fairly luxurious and understated. The basic amenities were immaculate, and it provided a luxurious comfort expected of a 5* hotel club floor room. Would happily return.

Only downside was the lack of a bar on the top floor for nightly drinks and city views. The hotel’s 47th floor bar appears to have closed down since the pandemic.

I was able to do an early check in because I wasn’t feeling well and the receptionist lady was super nice, she also helped me send my suitcase to my next hotel. Very clean and quiet. 5 min walk from train station/3min walk to convenient store I would very much recommend this hotel

Very close to the Hiroshima Peace park and Museum. Has some variant of happy hour offering free drinks to those staying. Very convenient for seeing downtime Hiroshima. Room had a decent amount of space.

Slightly fiddly transportation requirement to reach Miyajima. Window faced other buildings. A bit of a walking distance from the food area in Hiroshima, most things nearby where chain restaurants.

They had Western and Japanese style breakfast available. Plenty of fruit to choose from; that was nice. The rooms were much bigger than the business hotels I usually stay at, so that was nice.

The air-conditioning controls in my room were a little old-fashioned. There weren't any instructions on how to use it, but I was able to figure it out. I think having instruction cards would help.

property is right next to metro station which makes transportation very easy. Also, there is a 7/11 where you can buy something to eat or drink if you need.

I loved the ambiance and decor. The whole building was so cute and quirky and homey. I absolutely loved this hostel and was sad that I only spent one night.

The showers were not very clean, but the water pressure was good and it was easy to overlook. Also, the sheets were uncomfortable/scratchy, but for a night or two, this was easy to overlook.
