Pillows were annoying as they were "4-in-1" so took a lot of trial and error to get comfortable.

Location of this hotel is perfect. Less than 100m away from a metro entrance, on top of a decent sized supermarket, McDonalds and other Japanese fast foods close by, Family Mart across the road. Can also walk to Shinsaibashi shopping strip and Dotonburi. Rooms were clean and spacious for 1 person.

I arrived around 2pm and felt uncomfortable being refused to talk because check in time starts at 3pm.

Location is good, walking distance to Shinsaibashi area. Like the bathroom shower and tub. Provided clean towels set everyday even opt for “No Room Cleaning”. 1sr floor supermarket is super convenient. Remember to use 5% off exclusive coupon! Coin operated washing and drying machine is a plus. I was satisfied with my 6 nights stay.

Cannot reserve a tax , instead of taking a chance. I was told by the staff that I just needed to come to the reception to ask the staff to call for a taxi, but when I did, the staff told me she could not catch any taxi in the morning due to tiny rain. I was shocked. She told me that I ‘d better to go to catch airport bus by taking metro. Imagine we have 4 luggages !

Fridge needs to be switch on and off, washing machine need to share with other hotel guest.

This hotel is very spacious, love the location, just beside McDonald, subway station and supermarket. Excellent daily housekeeping. Comfortable bed. The count down timer for washing machine is very accurate, no need make wasted trip down just to check washing machine. Hotel staff very friendly to tourists.. always greet people and wears a smile on the face.

We stayed at their sister hotel in Tokyo as well and this was our favourite hotel chain during our 2 week cycling trip in Japan. Very well thought out design and details that made it comfortable and efficient for travellers. The Aeon market right next door was amazing and super convenient since it was 24hrs.

The pillow was really hard! But that is literally the only negative...which isn't a huge negative.

Location was fantastic; only a short walk to America Town and Dontonbori. Room was a great size, and bigger bathroom was excellent. Clean and quiet.

The only thing I didn't like was that my room faced another hotel opposite and I didn't like the views.

Everything!!! The staff was really really nice. The bed was super comfortable, the free coffee was very delicious and the space in the room was very good as well. The location for us without a doubt spot on.

The check-out time is 10 am., I think it's too early for tourists to pack everything and I can't catch breakfast at the hotel. You can pay 1000 yen for each hour more for check out late, but I think I should include it in the cost at first.

The hotel wasn't far from a tourist spot and in a place that felt comfortable to walk to the hotel alone. Beside the hotel building is a medium-sized convenience store with everything you need. the room size was perfect for open 32-inch Luggage in the room!

The room and bathtub were very dusty. Urine stain under the toilet bowl lid which was very disgusting. Some of the bath towels had brown stain. Far from Shinsaibashi station. Buffet breakfast has about 90% of same food across the week. The blanket was too warm to sleep with despite having air conditioning.

Comfy bed and pillows. Reasonable size for two people. Close to Yotsubashi station. Aeon supermarket is located downstair and McD is next door. Buffet breakfast has a variety of food. Good view from the buffet dining area. Quiet and good soundproof for the room. There is an elevator near Exit 2 from the station so avoid carrying your heavy suitcase up the stairs. Once you come out from the elevator, cross the road to reach McD and the hotel. McD is a good pin to find the hotel if you're unsure of the location.
