The service in the club floor has improved a lot compared to last year,check-in process was smoothly,staff were very efficient ,especially a front desk clerk whose name is Takahashi is always friendly and very helpful.

1.Choice of breakfast-Though totally understand need for standardising breakfast buffets,especially in big hotels,a bit more variety daily would be appreciated.

1.The location-centrally located,walking distance to the main Shinjuku JR station.Close to the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku,yet a quiet retreat at the end of the day. 2.The staff-professional and efficient,wearing a smile always.Special mention to manager Gene.Despite being a very busy hotel,with a lot of tour groups,individual attention and accomodations were forthcoming. 3.Value for money-For the size of the room,in the location with the amenities provided,couldn't get a better value for money hotel.

Only downside was the lack of a bar on the top floor for nightly drinks and city views. The hotel’s 47th floor bar appears to have closed down since the pandemic.

We picked Keio Plaza’s Premier Grand as the Premier Grand rooms and club lounge were refurbished just a few years ago, and we certainly weren’t disappointed. The club lounge was the height of elegance, with a breakfast and tea time of a much higher quality than similar hotels we’ve stayed at. The rooms were similarly elegant, fairly luxurious and understated. The basic amenities were immaculate, and it provided a luxurious comfort expected of a 5* hotel club floor room. Would happily return.

The initial check in whereby we had to ask if we could wait in the club lounge until our room was ready - that should have been offered. Also the staff member took absolutely ages with the person in front almost as if he didn’t realise a massive queue was building up

The staff are outstanding - absolutely first class welcome and care from everyone we encountered. Exceptional hospitality throughout the stay. Definitely worth staying in the Premier Grand levels for the views of the city and convenience of of the complimentary food and refreshments during the afternoon and evening. (Note that the Premier Grand levels are separate from the main hotel - with their own reception, lounge and facilities, based on the higher floors.) The rooms are spacious, comfortable, modern, well-stocked and exceptionally clean. The hotel location, just a few minutes away from Shinjuku station and city centre makes the Keio Plaza a superb place to stay in Tokyo with so much to see and do right on the doorstep.

We had a fantastic stay at Keio Plaza Premier Grand. We stayed in the Club room and the access to the top floors was just wonderful. From the food, snacks, spacious room, most friendly staff ever, view, everything was just perfect and we will definitely be back! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

Bed and pillows are too hard. The premier grand lounge was very crowded during breakfast, even with early morning reservations. Forget about eating at Jurin, it was very crowded, a mob scene.

Good room amenities and a great shower/ bathroom. Awesome views.

Such luxury and wonderful staff. Premier Grand definitely worth it. Piper champagne and luxury drinks with food in the evening and great breakfast all included. Amazing views from the lounge.
