Shower had weak pressure. The door extra deadbolt didnt work so didnt feel safe. There was a gap between the door and wall where lock is and could see daylight.

There was a sign posted saying due to COVID breakfast was not offered. This was NOT reflected anywhere in the booking, website, or checkin process. Everything stated free breakfast available. This was very disappointing to me. The 2 USB ports in the outlet under the TV didn't work. They were physically broken. Not a big deal for me. The toilet rocked back and forth. A bolt was loose on one side. Again, not a big deal. But no breakfast was crappy. I didn't plan on spending $$ on breakfast those 5 days, but I had to,

Very clean. Location excellent. Everything worked except the 2 USB charging ports. Clean and comfortable.. I appreciated that in my 6 day stay they only cleaned and replaced towels every other day. Save the earth and resources and all. I was able to wash and dry clothes.

When we got there, he charged us another $45.00 for our dog. He said it was listed online, but I couldn't find anything that said they were going to charge another $45.00. Their in room advertising of food delivered (there was a Days Inn logo on the laminated sheet) never delivered our sandwhich, and had $15.00 in hidden charges. The only breakfast was small mini muffins (with a sign to only take one), and two cold cereals. It was awful. The guy even told me at checkin to not "stain the sheets" Unvelievable!

I liked that I could book online via Booking, and it was pet friendly.

I would not recommend staying here I booked the room and I didn't know about no $100 deposit which these rooms ain't even worth no deposit people are crazy so I booked the room and then I went not even 20 minutes later and canceled it and they took my money

My room was in front of 2 handicap parking spots. You would think those 2 rooms would be specifically for individuals with mobility issues. My room was not. So not convenient for those with mobility issues. Staff need to work on there customer service skills. They are very lacking in the hospitality.

I was charged $20 for makeup on a pillow case. Why does it matter if you wash the linens every stay. I wear the same makeup at home it comes out fine in the wash.

We left at 11:19 and got charged $30!! When we checked in there was NO notice stating if we checked out any later than 11 we would be charged a fee. I understand check out is 11 and many times I've stayed at other motels and never left at exactly 11...this is the first time I've been charged and had no warning or notice AT ALL that I would be charged if I was out any later than 11. He began charging me at 11:01 for leaving late. I think they should address this to EVERY SINGLE PERSON when checking in and should have it on the checkout form so people know this can happen if your not out by 11:01. I'd like to know if this has happened to anyone else at this location. It's sad that the place has good qualities but cheat you if you leave late! And I say cheat because if I had a notice or warning at check in that this would happen I would have made sure I was out BEFORE 11!! I tried to tidy up a little before we left so we wouldn't look like bad visitors and it cost me $30 for picking up after myself when I could have just left it for them to clean up!! That is THIER JOB!! Lesson learned and never going back again!! But I won't just let this be...I'm not so much worried about the $30 I'm more angry that we had no kind of notice this would happen...that's what I'm going to make my point about!! And then he tried to tell me I was harassing because I messaged and called about the charge! Are they really needing money that bad they have to charge late Che k outs with no notice! Could be how they are paying for the remodeling, taking people's money for leaving late!!
