Staff are helpful. The facilities are clean and new. Bottle water refilled daily. Walkable distance to restaurant and lift while shuttle service to gondola. Free pick up and sent out service to welcome center or Kutchan jr station. Their own restaurant is great too. Large portion, delicious and not expensive. Onsen is also good. Elevator inside hotel, no need to walk upstairs.
