Among the facilities at this property are a 24-hour front desk and a lift, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The aparthotel has family rooms. One of the best stays I ever had. If you don't need breakfast or daily cleaning service, this place offers incredible value for the money and feels more than a small Airbnb than a hotel, since the room included a sofa, a table, and a kitchen. Everything was clean and check-in/check-out went very smooth for us. The location right in Gion is also perfect, as I think Gion is one of the best areas in Kyoto at night.

He always give good recommendations, eg where to eat n shop. We stayed 3 nights n it was awesome.

It’s spacious, tastefully designed, sparkling clean and quiet. Its staff is efficient and helpful. All these locate in a central place of main tourism attractions of Kyoto, many of them are with walking distance. No breakfast is provided, but, with the Familymart two minutes away you get everything you need.
