This was a great place to stay. Located close enough to the areas we wished to see and close to restaurants and only 20 min walk to bar district. Stayed with extended family and each had different rooms. The larger rooms were big enough to hold a family gathering in. Would definitely stay here again.

The overall experience from Check in to check out was seamless. You can do it without even speaking to anyone, less the initial check in call. The facilities are new and up to date. The room size is very generous and the quality of finishing were modern. The only thing to note is the relatively small size walk ways and the direction of door opening which would restrict your path. Other than that, it was an Amazing stay, quiet yet convenient location to the hustle bustle of gion

Beautiful hotel and room. The lobby smelled great every time we entered the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was large and had everything we needed. Very clean and new. It was amazing to have a large bathtub and a washing machine. We also appreciated having many coat hangers which allowed us to hang and dry our clothes after washing. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Lots of towels were provided. Rooms were cleaned every 3rd day (2 times during our 7 night stay), which was ideal. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the city center, station, and anywhere else. Several convenience stores close to the hotel.

Staff sa friendly and accommodating. Rooms were luxurious and clean. Bathroom was way above expectations. Location was in a quiet place, but station and bus stops were within walking distance. 10/10 would stay here again.

The staff members are very friendly. They did not hesitate to respond to our requests and even went beyond to provide a welcome gift and other gestures to make us feel more welcome. The location of the residences is splendid. There are many shops nearby, and it is in close proximity to the famous Sannenzaka streets. Meanwhile, it is tugged in a residential area, which isolates itself from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Really liked the interior of the residences. Inside the room, there was plenty of space for the 3 of us, and it is well furnished and well equipped with various amenities. Personally, the futons and the tatami mats were so comfortable to sleep on. Thank you for making our visit a memorable one.

2-3 minute to kiyomizudera temple 5 minute to bus stop near yasaka shrine and food market everywhere the owner yutaka is really2 awesome he helped us so much my child had an accident with his eyes, yutaka sir help us call the doctor, call the taxy, give us late Checkout because this accident and he informed where to buy the thing we want to buy... awesome so awesome the room is really2 clean will be back..

Well maintained, even a washing machine. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Coffee at the lobby. Kids cutlery and plates. Available rental bikes and ideal location in Kyoto, near points of interest and metro. Also a list of sightseeings including route by puic transport in the room. Would have loved to stay longer. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and everyday, it is a very warm environment and on the corner there is a 7 Eleven. I will return without a doubt! The blanket was as fluffy as a cloud!

It had great amenities - a washing machine, which was very convenient after a few weeks on the road - a small balcony to hang laundry as well. The bed was super comfortable as well. We never met any staff members, but had everything we needed for our stay, and the host was very responsive if we had any questions. The location is pretty good too. You'd need to cycle, drive or take public transport to the main sights, but seemed okay for the price we paid. Would definitely stay again.

Close to the main train station, bus stops, kyoto tower, restaurants and shops. I loved the idea of self-helping for extra toiletries and cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner, clothing rack etc. The staff (which I assume were the owners) were very diligent and explained the rules carefully. The foldable bed is a great way to create and utilise the space! We loved the apartment and wish we could have stayed longer!
