Really lovely facilities. That feel really private. The staff were so lovely and gave us an upgrade and left a cheese platter and wine in our room because they new that we were celebrating something special. We ate dinner at the sports bar and the food was excellent. The Mexican street corn was such a fun and pretty dish with the husk curls up almost like a flower and was delicious too! We really appreciated the extra effort that the staff went to to make our stay special. There was a good sized fridge in our room also which was important because I had to store breastmilk while we were there. I didn't use the spa this time, but I have before and that was excellent also when I went there a few years ago.

You don’t have to fight the crowds in this gorgeous property. The hotel employees are very helpful and friendly and all seem to love working for Omni which shows in the way they treat their guests. Very close to Camelback so great for hiking and Paradise Valley location is perfect. But it’s not for people who need constant activity from the hotel like golf, tennis, biking, and 10 restaurants. If you love comfort, relaxation, fantastic service, this is your place.
