When I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome, the front desk personal was friendly and helpful. There was plenty off parking with excellent lighting, I felt safe in the parking area. I really like the room it was spacious, it did have a smoking smell but I know everyone does not follow the rules. I was able to get the smell to go away. The bathroom was amazing. I love the dining options at the hotel/ resort the food was really good. The casino area was amazing with the different gaming options provided.

The space in the living room was a good size but the kitchen lacked counter space. Our stove didn't work (oven or cooktop) so we resorted to grilling out during our stay which had nice accommodations for doing so. Brenda and Sharon were great during breakfast and checked in with us each morning. They kept the breakfast area stocked and well cleaned.

The resort was easy to get to and had places to visit within walking distance. They kept it cool inside and had several places to get food from.

The property was good, I think the people staying at the resort should have designated parking over the people just coming and going to the casino

The price for one night started at an unbelievable $85, but with taxes and fees ended up at $118. At checkout I was given a $97 resort fee receipt. I still don't know how much I was actually charged for the stay.

The exercise room was closed and we where staying 7 days so it really threw our schedule off. The dust in the rooms is ridiculous, rusty lamps, no attention to detail anywhere. We had to change rooms because the refrigerator stopped working created a mess and ruined out snacks. If you are gyro charge resort prices at least provide something resort related. detail
