I will definitely suggest this Inn to all of my friends and family to stay here when visiting Frankenmuth Michigan. It was a wonderful experience staying here for the two days that my Sister , two friends and I were here in Frankenmuth. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful.Hot tub and pool was a plus, along with Happy Hour each day Both were a pleasant addition for not only my group but everyone who stayed the two nights we were there. Also mingling with the other Hotel guests was very rewarding . I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very personable and accommodating. The rooms were very clean. It was nice and quiet and a great place to relax and get a good night's sleep. The fire pits were lovely, and a nice way to meet folks who are also traveling. If you are looking for a big, corporate place with a bunch of bells and whistles and a big food selection, this isn't for you. If you are interested in a charming, lovely, basic hotel to sleep while you are in SW Michigan, this is a fabulous choice.

My family and I were in town for a track meet at The University of Michigan! This hotel was super close so the location worked for us. My breakfast bowl was unfortunately still frozen when I received it after waiting a very long time. The two ladies working were just the sweetest. They made sure to take it off my room and the front desk attendant even took a little more for the inconvenience. The overall customer service was phenomenal! Maybe consider a new chef that’s not so grumpy!!!

Very clean room. AC worked with zero issues. TV was big and the remote control worked which is not common for most hotels. Bathroom was spotless and had plenty of towels. Hotel provided soap was actually decent which was a shock. No crappy bar soap, they had actual liquid body wash, pleasant surprise. Hotel personnel were extremely friendly and welcoming. We just moved here from TX and this was our first night in Michigan. It was a warm welcome.

The Hotel had all the expected features and during my trip to Michigan was the only hotel that provided acceptable bathing facilities for a handicapped individual. there was no "step into" required to bath, the only thing missing was the handicap railings. All of the creature comforts were available, this is a good simple place to stay.

We stayed here two years ago and really liked the place. We were back in the area, and were excited stay at Terrace Bay, again. The back-of-the-hotel rooms are now updated, to include a wall of windows looking onto Lake Michigan's Little Bay de Noc! The restaurant has a wonderful menu and great staff. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The Hotel is so beautiful. Being able to see Lake Michigan from our room is so peaceful. The Hotel staff is so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is a great experience. I would highly recommend staying here. This was my 2nd stay and I look forward to many more stays at the Hotel.

Best room and value of any hotel we've stayed in during our 2 week adventure through Michigan. Room was huge and the shower was big with great water pressure. The breakfast delivery to your room is a great idea, no fighting other guests in the buffet line and hoping you can find a place to sit!

Extremely well kept inside and out. Close to main artery in and out of Petoskey Michigan but sits back in a slightly wooded setting. It doesn’t feel like you’re staying right on the highway. Shell gas station between the Hotel and state rout. Easy fuel up on departure. Pet friendly

Bed was comfy and room was very clean. Was very quiet in peaceful when in the room. Let us check in early. Hotel seemed renovated and smelled very nice. was a good value for the money. Decent lcentral location for Michigan's Adventure, Many beaches and state parks.

I was happy with everything. HOWEVER, I MUST APOLOGIZE... In a previous review that I submitted - a bad review - I mistook this hotel for a different one in Michigan that I stayed in later. I got the names mixed up and I have maligned this hotel by mistake.

We traveled around Superior Lake and explore Ontario (Canadian), Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan parts of this Lake. We stayed in this hotel on our way to Pictured Rocks National park. Location was good, Room was clean and staff was friendly.

My family was visiting the University of Michigan and the location was close and convenient. Restaurant and bar inside of the hotel was great. Jamie the bartender was top shelf. I would highly recommend this hotel while visiting Ann Arbor.

The employees at the Benton Harbor,Michigan location are the most awesome friendly helpful employees of any Hotel I have ever stayed at..So what I liked best was the Employees..Especially the housekeeper’s..Awesome group of people..

The location is stellar. It's two blocks from Main street and all the fun places to eat and shops. The U Michigan central campus is within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped, including a washer and dryer.

Hotel is very quaint, beautiful with spaces for relaxation, and clean rooms. Pool table, indoor courtyard, and whirlpool were a nice bonus. Breakfast was pretty good. Location to Michigan campuses is outstanding.

Wonderful hotel right on Lake Michigan. We had a top 5th floor large King Suite with a fantastic view. Great staff, very clean interior & grounds. There may be less expensive hotels but none better.

Nice facilities in a modern hotel, conveniently located within a short drive from the University of Michigan. Comfortable room with amenities and a good breakfast. Pleasant stay. Helpful staff.

Very friendly staff, always have a clean, comforting experience at this hotel, best value in Michigan. Like the in-room coffee, comfortable bed, cleanliness of room and surroundings outside.

Pretty good and clean hotel near the Ford museum, a few restaurants around and if you just follow Michigan Blvd you'll arrive right in Detroit downtown! Perfect!
