Offering ice climbing, hiking, whitewater rafting and summer canyoning opportunities, this lodge is just 0.5 miles from Ouray town centre and 5 minutes’ walk away from Ouray Hot Springs pools. Free Wi-Fi is provided in all rooms.

During our stay in the loft, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was also very comfortable, and the location was excellent. I highly recommend this lodge and would stay here again if given another chance.

Retro motel tucked away on a side street. Walkable to anywhere in Ouray. The rooms are super clean and beds are comfortable! The common area is a great spot to have coffee and meet fellow guests. Pretty grounds and convenient parking. Friendliest innkeepers around!

I stayed a week in February and the wifi speed was great for working remotely. The location was super convenient to get to the restaurants, bars, grocery store, liquor store, and main ice climbing companies in town. The staff was really helpful with any small things that I needed.

Nice updated motel style rooms. The hot springs themselves were amazing with two swimming pools and many options for soaking pools. The breakfast was amazing. We also used the restaurant for dinner and that food was amazing too. Twin Peaks was an excellent value.

Great location in Ouray (a beautiful mountain town!) ; Spacious 3-bed townhouse with its own garage and a balcony with an amazing view. The place was clean and everything was in working order. Check in/check out were smooth and done remotely.

Basic motel with a relatively large room. We did not take advantage of the offered 'activities.'

Adorable older motel with new floors and fixtures. It has a great “funky old motel” feel but without the dated, gross stuff that usually goes along with that. Everything was clean and nice. It smelled good, even the parking lot and fire pit were well maintained. Housekeeping was helpful and friendly. It’s right at the high end of Main Street and we walked the length of town every night after dark.

The location is great. The ice machine is fantastic in that it has a scoop but completely unsanitary by having the scoop left in the bin. That's a huge no-no in any kind of institution and one hopes the dept of public health ignores a small motel when doing inspections. For just filling coolers it's fine but some people like to make mixed drinks and I would avoid that. The cleaning staff was extremely friendly and the younger guy that works in the office was really nice.

While looking like an ordinary motel, all of the little touches made the Hot Springs Inn special and a great value for the money. The room was both comfortable and charming, and the river side location was beautiful. The staff was helpful, it was easy to do a quick load of laundry on premises. The breakfast was a cut above the usual continental breakfast and my teens enjoyed the microwavable breakfast burritos. We look forward to returning!

It's a lovely motel very close to the Ouray hot springs but the people working here told me to go to Orvis which was way better so thank you! I also loved the s'mores kit and fire pit in the evenings. The rooms are cozy and there's a nice big living room reception area with a fireplace to hang out in if it's too cold outside.
