Lady who answered said she spoke to the night attendant and would be down to let me in my room. After twenty more minutes and two more calls I was not allowed in my room that I reserved. Luckily an Econolodge down the road was able to accommodate. Save your time and some frustration and stay elsewhereJordanSolo traveler
