The staff - owner, desk clerks, housekeeping, etc. were all friendly and accommodating. Loved the pillows !! We were soooooooooo happy that our fur baby was a welcomed guest.

Our hotel is less than eight miles from Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo College. The Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport is two miles away. The Binder Park Zoo is 20 miles from the hotel. I was disappointed that there wasn't a breakfast.
