Casa Lira without ostentation and with a pleasant composition of colors, denotes the beauty of the place. Colonial architecture blends with mid-century style interior design. High ceilings, “boiserie” walls, “chukum” cover and traditional ceramic tiles are the key elements inside this loft. A few steps from there, we will find a pastel-colored world, walls that tell our story, warm people, and a peaceful sea that flirts with us every sunset. Casa Lira will welcome you with the warmth of its tones and its central location to relax after a day of adventures and leisure. Its bond with the outside by a terrace dressed with a robust face table, bathes in light through its large window, a kitchen integrated into the space. As decorative elements, clay, ceramics and jute show our identity. Blurring the lines of the demarcation of spaces, we have an open room framed by two beds that rest on cedar planks and a few swing chairs covered in bouclé. The fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms will make your stay a very pleasant one.
We are a French/Mexican couple, who have been enjoying living in Campeche for the past 15 years. Our family has grown in this calm and beautiful city. Everyone in our family loves animals, enjoy being outside and explore nearby villages. We really appreciate that you trusted us with your stay, we put so much energy to make this place, a peaceful one, that we hope you will enjoy. We would love you to come back home, thinking what a great experience this was.
Located right in the center of historic and colorful downtown Campeche. On the lively pedestrian 59 street, where you will enjoy the city main bars and restaurants. Also, only 1 block away from the main square, Campeche’s cathedral, and its main museums "El Palacio" y "el Baluarte de Nuestra Señora de la Soledad" where you will discover the famous jade mask from Calakmul. At walking distance, enjoy Campeche’s sea side (Malecon) at any time.
