It's hard to point something, because everything was perfect, first the location is private and cozy, then the person that received us was extremely helpful and kind, the place is a piece of heaven and i want to stay in the same when I return to Campeche.

This is a nicely done, super clean hotel in the historic district and an excellent location near so many historic things. I found the staff to be very pleasant and anxious to assist the guest - with a single exception due to his indifference. My room was on the 2nd floor - really a bit many steps for this geezer. After being turned down by one clerk because he said nothing would be available during my multi-day stay. The next morning I spoke with Jessica and she was able to switch me to a ground floor room immediately; so much easier for me. THANKS JESSICA! Jessica also arranged a taxi trip to Calakmul for me for the following day. Jessica was a treasure and the hotel's best asset by far. Anytime I needed information she could get it and the same for a taxi.
The rooms are a bit small, but passable; the beds are very comfortable. There is good hot water (must run it a while first) but only large bath towels are offered - no hand towels.
