Guests are welcome to this beautiful, comfortable apartment with stone architecture features and large green garden suitable for families with children. The apartment is only 30 meters away from the crystal waters of Korinthian gulf and has two large verandas, private garden 120m² and a private parking place. This two bedrooms apartment features one living room with a flat-screen TV, a modern kitchen area with all needed equipment that makes accommodation pleasant and comfortable and a big modern bath equipped with all you need.
The apartment 61 m² is located in the Peloponnese next to the beautiful Xylokastro city with famous Pefkias pine, 30 meters from the beach. Nice neighborhood that offers many opportunities for activities, tennis court, basketball court and countless hiking destinations both along the coast and up the mountain. It is directly connected to Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport 1 hour and 30 minutes by train and bus, alternatively via the new modern national Corinth-Patras main road. Pefkia's famous forest is 1.5 km away from the apartment and one can visit many beautiful places such as the Doxa lake, Trikala village with snow center, the ancient Olympia, the beautiful Messinia, the picturesque Nafplio 50km, and dozens of other destinations! Many beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters await you to be discovered along the Corinthian gulf coast. Welcome!
