Great little hotel with amazing, friendly staff. The rooms are quite large and comfy. We were welcomed with cookies and there was tea and coffee in the room. The shower and bath were so nice, quite modern and super clean. We checked in after exploring the little towns around Stonehenge and decided to stay in for dinner. We were silly and didn’t make a reservation, but they were kind enough to accommodate us. Make sure to book your table! We all had delicious pizzas, sides and wine, the most perfect ending to a day of exploring and getting lots of steps in! We were served by the most loveliest staff. Lisa, Amy and - apologies as I didn’t ask for her name- a dark haired lady were always professional, fun and friendly. Lisa took the time to explain to us how to get to Stonehenge easily. We only stayed for one night and left early to walk to Stonehenge, but took advantage of the breakfast and it was absolutely gorgeous. So many delicious options! What a great hotel! Very impressed with the facilities, staff and great food. If you had any doubts about booking, this is your sign to go ahead and confirm it. It will exceed your expectations as it did mine!

This 4-star inn features free WiFi and a bar. The property is non-smoking and is located 13 km from Bath Spa Train Station. What a lovely place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The people and the service are amazing, 10+ out of 10. Not only did they help get our luggage up the stairs, they found umbrellas for us to use on our outings and were there at every turn for anything we might need. The bar staff are super friendly and the cook was amazing. Breakfast is the best I've had, and there were several menu items to choose from. We stayed in the small apartment and really enjoyed having a separate area to watch TV and relax. All in all, we loved our stay here. We would like to return again some day and spend more time with these wonderful people. They truly are the best! ❤️

At the inn, the rooms are equipped with a desk. The private bathroom is fitted with a bath and free toiletries. All rooms at The Royal Oak are equipped with a seating area. Everything. The staff were friendly and personable. The bed was comfortable, the tub was deep enough for a proper soak, we could sleep with the windows opens and not be bothered by road noise. The attached pub has exceptional food. We look forward to rebooking a stay in the future.

Situated in Wilton, 5.4 km from Salisbury, Greyhound Inn Wilton boasts a terrace and views of the garden. It is 12.8 km to Stonehenge from the property. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and restaurant. Lovely place in a pleasant little town outside of Salisbury. The staff were very friendly and made me feel at home. Nice sunny courtyard outside the bar to have a pint or two. The room was very nice with a window that looked down on a quiet pedestrian lane. I parked right outside the front door of the hotel, although I could have left the car across the street in the town car park without a problem.
