The Inn is nestled in the middle of the small town of Broek in Waterland. We loved the atmosphere of the Inn, and the extra attention when checking in. The room is lovely and beautifully renovated with all the luxuries. The bed is also very big and comfy. Breakfast felt like a fine dining experience and we absolutely loved all the flavors and dishes that came out. Definately a great place to treat yourself for a weekend away.

Very nice location in the picturesque street by the water, part of Amsterdam Nord not much touristic, rather with local young families. Host Paul is very kind, communicative and helpful. All the tips he gave us were brilliant- dinner at Hotel De Goudfazant was a perfect. Additionally, 4 bikes were available for us and we utilised them fully - Amsterdam on bikes is the best!

Communication with property owners was very good . Any questions were answered quickly and they made themselves available if you needed anything during your stay. In fact they sent a message a day after our arrival to ask if we had any questions or concerns. We arrived at Amsterdam airport prior to check in time and they were able to accommodate our early arrival. The houseboat itself was equipped with some fresh fruit, coffee, basic condiments, and a small well stocked fridge with goodies! Soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as a hairdryer were provided in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Ample supply of towels. The neighborhood was quiet and the houseboat was within walking distance of a tram stop and less than a mile from Central Station. We were able to walk to a few very good restaurants.

It's a great place. Staff is kind, helpful. restaurant downstairs, dinner, breakfast everything is perfect. for breakfast the ear bring a cooked Holland breakfast. The candlelight breakfast is divine. Dinner officers were run down but everything was perfect. If it's warm and sunny there is a beach nearby. lots of entertainment inside. the ambience is 90's but very competently put together. Price and quality are perfect. you can walk to the station quickly. Recommended!!!!
