A cozy guest house, our best stay in Iceland! Véronique is super friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were at home. The facility is very very clean and equipped with everything we need. Beds are comfortable, the shower and the toilet are also very clean. Slightly out of the busy area made it easy to see the northern lights. All that for a very affordable price.

Although I stayed only for one night, it felt like home to me! Our host is exceptionally service oriented and her attention to details is mind blowing. Everything is so clean and well organized. The kitchen is also fully equipped. I (or we) really enjoyed our stay here. I wish our host all the best and I hope her new guests will also be as satisfied as us!

Landbrot Guesthouse is situated in Kirkjubæjarklaustur. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Very cute. Easy enough to find. A little out of the way but this makes it the perfect spot for the Northern lights. Which we got to see better here than on a paid tour. Only one coffee pod per person supplied Shower was good temp Room was warm.
