Everything went smoothly from booking all the way to checkout. The unit was well equipped with cooking facilities and everything required to cook our own dinner and breakfast. The supermarket was located a short walk around the corner. The accommodation contained the little extras to make our stay more comfortable eg box of tissues, salt and pepper etc. The staff were friendly and helpful with accessing our accommodation. A very comfortable stay, I wish that we had stayed longer!

The hotel was in a great location, close to the train station, a short walk to restaurants and attractions, and bus to the Congress Centre. The hotel was quiet, even my room that was on ground floor close to reception. The breakfast was good, and you could make tea and coffee any time. There were spaces to to relax and do some work if required. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
