We sent a message saying we would only arrive around 3 a.m. due to traveling and at around 1 a.m. we got a call from the Hotel asking if everything was ok, if we needed help/support for anything, and if we wanted something to eat once we arrived. I must say this was by far the best service we have ever had (and we stay mainly in 5-star hotels around the world). Once we arrived check-in was super quick to allow us to go to our room and get some sleep. The bedroom was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the fact that we actually had 2 different types of pillows on the bed, one soft and one a bit harder. Usually, you get the same type of pillow and if you want something different you have to ask for it. The location is amazing. Just 20 mins by car from Montpellier (that we wanted to visit) and the restaurant (for breakfast, lunch and dinner) faces the beach. It's super quiet and isolation is perfect. During dinner, there's some music but from the bedroom (on the 1st floor) we didn't hear anything. The pool is also facing the beach and super chilled and relaxed. We didn't have the chance to try the breakfast but we had dinner at the restaurant. Must say the food is really good and priced fairly. The restaurant was full of both guests and locals, so that says it all. The beach in front doesn't allow dogs but there's a nearby beach (10 mins by car) which allows. We definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxed stay, near the beach and still near enough from Montpellier. We were absolutely thrilled that we ended up staying here instead of staying in Montpellier Can't thank enough all the staff during our stay, both day and night staff.

From September 2021, the private SPA of the Confidential Hotel will be open, by reservation and at additional cost. It will have a swimming pool, a hot tub and a sauna. We appreciated very much the flexibility of the host to check us in after 11 pm and for having waited for hs to arrive. The area is very clean and the loocation very beautiful and quiet. The hotel itself has been beautifully renovated, room was big and very clean. There are plenty of options for breakfast. Staff was very nice and friendly. We checked in with our dog and we didn't have any issues.

The property features mountain and garden views, and is 400 metres from Comtal Castle. The accommodation provides a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Stunning and immaculately clean property in a perfect location outside the wall of Carcassonne. We wish we had stayed an extra night! Amenities and fixtures were excellent. Only one toilet in the three-bedroom apartment but two showers. We all had deep sleeps in such a quiet place with super comfy beds. 10/10!

The food was exquisite. The location is perched above Monaco with the most stunning views. The room was beautiful. The bed was huge with a gorgeous sea view. The balcony had two sun loungers with comfortable linen and cushions, plus a full table, 2 chairs and a side table. The bathroom had a fabulous free standing marble bath, his and hers sinks, a huge walk in shower and an automatic separate toilet that was having fun all on it's own. The toiletries were all Bamford products, and other excellent amenities. The beach club was absolutely brilliant, and the pool had very a cool vibe with music pumping away. The service at both the pool and the beach club was outstanding.
