Everything. From the cleanliness to the hospitality. IT WAS GREATT! We stayed there during the “Silent Day” and we did not get bored or annoyed. 1. The staff was super kind and helpful 2. We got the massage there - which was the best 3. We booked 2 more hotels in Ubud after Purana for a different experience, but none of them were even close to the service and cleanliness in Purana. 4. The location was super central near the market as well as the spas and restaurants.

The private villas with a private pool were magical and a perfect getaway. The view was amazing and the noise of the jungle was like a dream. But most of all, the service from the staff was most memorable. They were there to help us in any way they could. They kept the rooms clean, arranged a tour, got us rides, were extremely responsive, provided exceptional food, and were very friendly. Anyone considering staying at this property shouldn’t choose anything else. Make sure to take full advantage of the great food, drinks, and hospitality the staff offers!
