The host Luigi was exceptional - the communication was great - Luigi was quick to answer and helpful with all the questions we had. The owner tour guided us very detailed what and where to do in Naples. He also let us to leave our luggage all day as our flight was at the evening. And the best was that he gave us some complimentary drinks at the fridge like beer, limoncelo and juces for the kids. Non of the 5 star hotels do that:)
