Lovely boutique apartment hotel in a building over one of Milan's big square. When you come in it's just a small anonymous door and an old and small (but well maintained and perfectly functioning) two-doors elevator - it looks like any other apartment building of the area. Don't let yourself be discouraged, because the place is excellent. Our apartment was two rooms, simple but spacious and with effective (and nice) decor, good beds, well equipped for breakfast (cereals, biscuits, nutella and "fette biscottate", nespresso and milk, all refilled every day). The windows are well insulated so no traffic noise inside. Very good heating in winter and there's an AC for summer (we were there in December so no need of that, but it looked pretty new). The bathroom is well stocked with shampoo and towels. Beds are good and comfortable, the sofa-bed for my 9yo son was as well and he was very happy to sleep there. Nice view from the windows directly on the square. Very, very good service by Tatiana and Michele, we were there on Christmas' eve and we even got a Panettone and Spumante from them. What a delightful surprise! They make you feel at home and relaxed and give plenty of information on the surroundings and the city in general. Good idea to install Whatsapp since that's what is most used in Italy in 2023. :) As of location, a very good one in Milan. The Coin department store is just in front so perfect for some shopping and in classic Milan style there's plenty bakeries, restaurants and eateries in walking distance. The Duomo is a 15 mins walk away, or you can take tramways which bring you everywhere quickly and efficiently. Will absolutely return.

Heart Milan Apartments San Sepolcro Duomo are luxury accommodations with free WiFi located in the heart of Milan, close to sights such as Duomo Cathedral and Palazzo Reale.

There was plenty of communication received immediately after the booking and a few days before arrival. The team had an easy and descriptive video on how to access the property and was also available for any further questions. The property was spacious, clean, and 10 minutes away on foot from IL Duomo. The rooms were super big, in a building that was very quiet and relaxing, and around the area plenty of bars, restaurants, and things to experience. Cannot recommend enough the property and also the management team.

Everything was great. The host, Vanessa, and the lady that helped her, Victoria, were super helpful and always available. The place is great and the parking for it was as well. The fact that they accommodated us with a nearby plug socket for our EV is an automatic 10 for us!

Apartament molt agradable, net i ben equipat. La zona on està una mica allunyada del centre però no massa. El carrer i el barri molt tranquil Al mateix carrer hi ha restaurants i trattories bones i és un carrer molt agradable Molt proper el tramvia per si no vols caminar fins al centre. Hi tornarem. The suite was very spacious and modern. It is very well-located; within walking distance from Centrale but on a quiet street facing the courtyard of an apartment building. Nice bonus: the shower is also very nice! Check-in instructions were very clear.
