Enjoying the hot spring is also very special moments. Every staff is very friendly and kind to help the customers. I really enjoyed this hotel and I wish that I could come back to this place in someday. Thank you to all staffs.

I recently stayed at this onsen resort in Yufuin and it was hands down the best onsen experience I've ever had! The rooms were incredibly spacious, equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a microwave and all cooking essentials. The private outdoor onsen was simply spectacular, offering a serene and private escape. It felt like having our own private villa in the heart of nature. Yufuin itself is a charming town, adding to the overall magic of the stay. What's even more surprising is the affordability of this luxurious retreat. Having stayed in much pricier onsen resorts before, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. I can't wait to return to this little piece of paradise in Japan. Highly recommended!

Kannawaen is an entirely non-smoking accommodation that features a garden, terrace and bar in Beppu. 100 metres from Hells of Beppu, the property is also 500 metres away from Jigokumushikobo Kannawa. Everyone was so kind and the facilities were amazing.
