I had a fantastic time at Surfeel hotel Wakkanai. The hotel was immaculately clean and spacious with very kind staff, the view from my window was incredible and I really enjoyed the breakfast and thought it was great value for money.

The hotel provided supper at night and coffee machines at lobby. There weres an onsen on the 10th floor, and they also provided free hokkaido milk ice cream for hotel guests. Room size was spacious. Staff was friendly too. The glass bottled milk in the vending machine was delicious and cannot be found anywhere else in hokkaido, must buy to try it!!

Excellent hotel facilites includes Indoor and rooftop Onsen, free laundry, free office, free noodles at night. Staffs are very polite and cheerful. Although they cannot communicate with English, they try their best to use translation tools and body language to explain various issues with you. Walk 10 mins to Wakkanai JR station very convenient.
