Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the front desk staff, and comfort of the bed considering the price of this hotel. Breakfast for us was a quick bowl of cereal. We would stay here again.

No elevator that is why I requested 1st floor.
Friendly staff, requested 1st floor and they made it happen. On and off freeway was easy, rooms were decent and clean.

We got a call at 10:30 at night after being on the road all day, asking if we were gonna show up. I told him we were already there and he wanted us to get up and come downstairs. Nope!
Love the area and the lady at the desk is wonderful everytime we stay there. Very clean and the breakfast is good.

Extremely difficult to understand front desk staff and they struggled to understand what I was asking or stating. If not for the lady behind us checking in as well, telling me what clerk was asking me, we’d never have gotten checked in.
Nice room with comfortable beds, but we had several rambunctious children in room above ours. At midnight they started jumping and making so much noise above us that I finally had to put earplugs in to get any quiet. I tried to complain at desk but they couldn’t understand what I was saying.

I wish there were some fruit options for breakfast outside of juice to lighten the carb and protein heavy options. It seems that the coin operated laundry may have been out of order. The TV was not working for me, but very loud from the neighboring room.
Breakfast was good! I enjoyed everything that I got. Check in was easy and it was easy to go to my room with my dog. I was please there was a dehumidifier in the room.

Hot options for breakfast were pancakes and biscuits and gravy.........a little protein would be nice. The bathroom door was difficult to shut and open. Don't know if it was just swollen due to humidity or needs adjustment. Otherwise you couldn't ask for much better.
Right off of I-35. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay but limited hot options. Plenty of restaurant options nearby.

In the nine days of our stay our room was only cleaned ONE time. It was unfortunate but manageable. The hairdryer was cracked but working (room #104) and I was concerned about sparks and safety. Lastly, the pool was not open we booked with a desire to swim packed swim suits and never had the opportunity due to the pools closure.
The BEST part of our stay was NANCY! She is the Gold Standard of customer Service. She made us feel welcomed and cared for. Breakfast was good. Our stay was for nine days...Although, breakfast seemed to have little in variety of selection for yogurt. Eating closer to the ending time also didn't have a variety. However, my husband really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy.

Pool was closed (main reason I booked hotel) Morning of check out (945am) my door was not shut all the way and an employee walked to tell my daughter we needed to be out by 11 so they could close the room. Never had that happen and thought it was rude.
