I didn't like that our room was at the elevator but we booked last minute so that couldn't have been helped. I do wish they had softer towels.

We liked the price, it was affordable and the room was clean. On google this place is rated pretty low but I think it is a great hotel for a one or two night stay. It had everything we needed as well as breakfast included.

We chose partly because of free breakfast, but it was a 'continental' breakfast, very poor quality industrial food, which is dangerous to eat. Even the fruit was a strange texture. The pancake machine was broken. I didn;t eat anything in the end. We had to ask for fresh bed linen, as the sheets had hairs on them and were stained, the man in reception was very helpful, but this motel has problems with housekeeping.

The only good thing was being able to park outside the room and the bed was reasonably comfortable

This run down motel is disgusting and should be bulldozed to the ground with the abandoned motel right next door! The owners are very rude, beds super squeaky and itchy linen, floors super dirty (if you walk around bare foot for 1 minute the bottom of your feet will turn black), there are anti-slip strips in all the bathtubs that have BLACK MOLD underneath them, when you want to watch TV in bed and turn off the lights the TV goes so dim you can barely see what’s on the TV screen, the place is infested with bugs, they will come and open your door 20 minutes before checkout while your in the room using the bathroom, they keep the AC set at 75f so when you walk into the room it feels very humid and damp. The list can go on and on but moral of the story is this property and its owners are an embarrassment to Best Western.

It’s my 2nd time going and the service has not failed. Super clean, beds are EXTREMELY comfy. I’m 8 months pregnant, so the pillows were top notch. Staff are always SUPER welcoming. And the part I love the most when staying multiple nights, is that they have a fridge with a freezer compartment! Since Culver’s was a few mins away, I was able to get a my favorite custard ice cream, to put away away in case my craving decided to wake me up in the middle of the night. :D I will continue staying there when going to Clermont!

Although they have strict rules that it’s forbidden to smoke in the room, as a non-smoker, I could feel a heavy smell in our room, although it was super clean and neatly tied. Probably some other guest smoked there before and the smell got stuck on the walls or something like that. The decoration wasn’t very nice, old style curtains and ugly bed spreads… the TV wasn’t the quality type so the image was dark and the remote control was very annoying to use because the keys were hard to press and respond. Not easy to find because the hotel is kinda hidden behind a gas station. The breakfast was simple but alright… it missed some boiled eggs or some type of protein…

I really liked Roger, the guy in the front desk, who was very attentive with us when we arrived late at night, explained every rule to us very well and made the check in super quick and easy. He gave us a room right on the first floor that was amazing because i could park our car right in front of our door. The free and huge parking lot was very nice too. My son loved the self serving waffle machine at breakfast.

It was difficult to locate. I drove by it twice before I noticed the sign. I had never been in the area and it was raining and dark so I kept missing the dtiveway.

The hotel was very clean and had a lot of good amenities.
